Pre Order Rules

1. Pre-Order Reservation:

When placing a Pre-Order for Naaz Biryani, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Naaz Biryani shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your order being shipped by sending an e-mail to [email protected] along with your Order Number.

You acknowledge and agree that Naaz Biryani may decline or delay orders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within one (1) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

2. Payment:

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre- Order. If Naaz Biryani is unable to ship the order on the chosen date of placing the Pre-Order, Naaz Biryani shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a pre- order constitutes your express agreement to Naaz Biryani of charging the full Price of the Products at such time.

3. Delivery Schedule:

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Orders within the chosen timeframe or as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Naaz Biryani does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Order by the estimated time. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Naaz Biryani is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your Order.

4. Price:

If the Price drops after you have pre-ordered, we will refund you the difference. If the Price goes up, your order is secure at the low Price. The Pre-Order Price is valid from the moment you place the Pre-Order right up delivery. To claim a refund for the difference, email us at [email protected]

5. Cancellation:

You or Naaz Biryani may cancel your Order by terminating the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Order is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price. If Naaz Biryani cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price.

Naaz Biryani is product of Naaz Biryani Pvt. Ltd. When you visit our website or buy something from our store, you agree to terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement.


You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.


We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website. Out of stock items will be marked so.


We offer shipping to most locations in Hyderabad. We usually dispatch items that are in stock within 30 minutes from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order so you may preorder. If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed.


We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to discard the item. If you are unhappy with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at [email protected] from the email you placed the order with.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


Unlike pre-made foods with an exact recipe, Naaz Biryani is made fresh everyday and the taste depends on the ingredients we source from our local vendors. Owing to this, there might be a variation in the texture, taste and smell of the Biryani. Kindly be fully aware of that.


We host the website and backend ERP systems on reliable, well tested, cloud infrastructure that is regularly monitored and backed up. All traffic between your browser and our servers is sent over HTTPS.


When you buy a product from us, we store your name, address, contact and purchase information. We may use this information to fulfil your order, occasionally send you marketing email, and improve the user experience. All marketing communication will contain an opt-out link to unsubscribe.


We may share your personal information when required by law to do so or to protect our rights if our Terms of Service are suspected to be violated.
